Hi,
Guess you people are doing well and it has been helter-skelter for me getting ready for my exams and working as well but then this wouldn't stop me from writing this blog... I feel what am about to write itching my finger tips and guys you have to help me out and I guess that's a promise from your side.
Love, most of you will agree with me is too sweet. Most often we ladies dream about the fairly tale love affairs where you meet that prince charming either you meet the right frog and kiss it or your prince charming has to rescue you from that haunted castle... whatever way one would want to meet his or her lover doesn't matter as long as you meet the right person.
I have a friend, I wont mention her name but my God while in University her talk was all about marriage and you know, that perfect marriage life and before graduation she was married but three years down the road she has separated with her husband and as I write this, she is promising never and I mean not even to allow a single drop of love into her life Lol!
In most cases we want to be loved and well give back that love as well but before you love someone have you thought about loving your self? I think and am sure that if one sat back, had aserious meeting with him or herself and the agenda should focus mainly on you and you alone, think about you, what is it about you that you are looking for in a relationship? How do you treat your self? Do you love your self? I belief a person will treat you according to the way you treat your self. Love your self first, pamper it, have a focus and when you think you are ready to settle down with someone go ahead but remember you should think about you its not that one should be selfish but if you don't love your self who will do it for you?
Often times when love turns sour and the parties involved go separate ways, the victim who is hurt most withdraws to herself or himself and becomes so reserved they come up with promises of never falling in love again. I know this stage can be so hurting emotionally but then you have to move on, its only you who can make change in your life no one else will do it for you. so, the earlier you do it the better for you!
Recently, a friend to my friend was asking her to get her a man and her reasons were that she was too lonely. By the way she was too blunt to the extent of saying she was missing sex! I don't know how some people regard loneliness but I believe that if you are someone who knows what you are you will always value yourself and off course sex is something intimate but its also good having it at the right time- guess you all know what I mean by the right time. Not being in arelationship should render one lonely, there are so many things one can do, like go watch movies, move out with your friends, have some fun, actually I normally tell my friends to have some time and do it alone what I mean is have abubble bath with all the perfumes you love, cook yourself your favourite dish then have acandle lite dinner for you with your best wine or champagne, listen to some good music and even dance, basically give yourself a good treat.
As for my friend's friend, I totally think she is thinking the wrong way and that's why in the beginning I asked for your help. Can some one be that lonely?? What can one do in order not to feel lonely? Tell me what you people out there think... I cant wait to hear from you.
Enjoy....

Hello!
Hello everyone!!
I dont know how you guys are feeling this year but as for me it has definately began wonderfully and am not saying that everything is moving on smoothly rather am seeing to it that i enjoy the year.
Now just wondering.... has the world ever been abetter place to live in?
Guess there are so many answers to this question, what I know is that we have choices when it comes to the way we live and that determines whether the world is abetter place to live in or not.
Am not going to write about the choices we make but just have a small story to share with you people.Recently on my way from work something funny happened to me as I was moving towards the taxi park I noticed this guy smiling at me, mark you it was a wide smile and I thought to my self that this guy must be knowing me... I moved towards him greeted him and my God the way he grabbed my hand and since i was wearing my company shirt that day he straight away lamented that i can tell you are doing well and he even asked me how work was I told him fine and straight away I also asked him what he was up to and his work.
He told me he was working with BBC and was back in town from Nairobi. This sent my thoughts flying high and I had to think hard, was I imagining that I did know this guy? I had to ask God to help me. As we continued talking he asked about other people I didnt even know or did I know them but had forgotten? He told me they were our old school buddies but to be sincere I didnt know them. I had to end the meeting right away and excused my self in the pretex of going to meet someone.
Am still wondering what I was up to that day....I saw the guy smiling and I just dragged my legs towards him... what on earth was I thinking? Meeting someone strange and even having some talk about the old school days... I must have been crazy!!
At times life is so sweet and funny the people we meet and when I come to think of all the people I meet am thankful. We all meet different kinds of people some funny others weired and some just so sweet.Funny and interesting.... and thats life!!

REALITIES OF LIFE...
Ever asked your self what is so strange about life and yet
it's also the reality? Well I made some discoveries and I want
share them with you.
Do you realise that what we are today is aresult of our own past actions
and whatever we wish to be in future depends on our present actions?
So, decide on how you have to act now.
As humans we were born to live and we don't live because we are born
We should not go the way life takes us rather we should take life the
way we go. I have come across people who say they will follow the course
of the wind, where ever it blows they will go. Now I completely dont buy this thought even if we all have choices to choose from, we should live ameaning ful life and make the best choices.
I have discovered that the happiest human beings are those who were able to
face their difficulties along their paths and simply because they were
able to push forward.I wonder what they mean by "difficulties".
Never explain your self to anyone because if the person likes you he or she will
not need it and the person who dislikes you will not believe it. Afriend told me this
but thinking twice, at times there is need for explanations depending on the situation.
I wonder if you understand your self wholly and I think I do try to understand
my self but as per the lttle research I carried out, I got to know that the most
difficult phase of life is not when no one under stands you, its when you dont
understand your self... weired isnt it?
This is for now but there is more to come.....
till then

THE MAYANNAISE JARS
When things in your life seem
Almost too much to handle,
When 24 Hours in a day is not enough,
Remember the mayonnaise jar
And 2 cups of coffee.
A professor stood before his philosophy class And had some items in
front of him.
When the class began, wordlessly,
He picked up a very large
And empty mayonnaise jar
And proceeded to fill it with golf balls.
He then asked the students
If the jar was full.
They agreed that it was.
The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the
jar.
He shook the jar lightly.
The pebbles rolled into the open
Areas between the golf balls.
He then asked
The students again
If the jar was full..
They agreed it was.
The professor next picked up a box of sand And poured it into the jar.
Of course, the sand filled up everything else.
He asked once more if the jar was full.
The students responded
With an unanimous "yes."
The professor then produced
Two cups of coffee from under the table
And poured the entire contents
Into the jar, effectively
Filling the Empty space between the sand.
The students laughed.
"Now," said the professor,
As the laughter subsided,
"I want you to recognize that
This jar represents your life.
The golf balls are the important things - God, family, children, health,
Friends, and Favorite passions -- Things that if everything else was
lost And only they remained, Your life would still be full.
The pebbles are the other things that matter Like your job, house, and
car.
The sand is everything else --
The small stuff.
"If you put the sand into the jar first,"
He continued,
"there is no room for
The pebbles or the golf balls.
The same goes for life.
If you spend all your time
And energy on the small stuff,
You will never have room for
The things that are
Important to you.
So...
Pay attention to the things
That are critical to your happiness.
Play With your children.
Take time to get medical checkups.
Take your partner out to dinner.
Play another 18.
There will always be time
To clean the house
And fix the disposal.
"Take care of the golf balls first --
The things that really matter.
Set your priorities.
The rest is just sand."
One of the students raised her hand
And inquired what the coffee represented.
The professor smiled.
"I'm glad you asked".
It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem,
there's always room for A couple of cups of coffee with a friend."
